Press Release Writing & Distribution

Professionally written releases distributed to the target market.  Releases are distributed via e-mail and/or fax.  
Materials are distributed directly to the media contact at the outlet your company and/or event needs to reach.  
Personal contact is also made with those outlets.

Press Conferences

EMC has hosted press conferences throughout the United States.  This includes securing a press conference
site, setting up the press conference and alerting the media in the DMA of the press conference.  EMC has
coordinated numerous "Press Tours," dating back to 1994, highlighted by 23 press conferences in 14 days for
Chavez-de la Hoya in 1996.  We have also coordinated media tours for Holyfield-Lewis; Rahman-Lewis;
Trinidad-Vargas; de la Hoya-Vargas and many others.


EMC will set up operator assisted teleconference calls and alert the target media.  A list of participants, taped
replays and trascriptions of the calls will be provided.

Grand Openings, Special Events

EMC may provide audio/ visual, staging and props for any type of special event or grand opening.  EMC
employees have assisted in the coordination of the Rocky 20th Anniversary, "When We Were Kings" movie
premier; the announcement of the production of HBO's 61*, directed by Billy Chrystal; the grand opening of the
Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel; Re-Grand Opening of Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall; and the grand
opening of Wild Wild West Casino.

Local, Regional or National Publicity

EMC will coordinate any type and size of event.  From the addition of a statue in front of a casino, to an national
and international boxing event such as Lewis-Tyson, the highest grossing pay-per-view event in history.

Event Management

EMC has been involved in all facets of all types of events.  We are able to take the reigns and run the event as
the promoter, owner or management company sees fit.
